Katie Gallagher Fall NYFW
Katie
Gallagher, a designer true to detail. This young talent is sure to be a success
in the world of fashion. Mom was on the scene at The Standard High Line. The
hair style; a modern vision of Victorian. The photos are the work of Karen Angel of Panache and Co Salon. She is on the Tigi Creative Team headed by the
wonderfully talented Nick Irwin
